چکیده
Abstract In the last decades an incredible amount of evidence for existence dark matter (DM) has been accumulating. At same time, many efforts have undertaken to try identify what is made of. Indirect searches look at places in Universe where known be abundant and seek possible annihilation or decay signatures. with Fermi Gamma ray Space Telescope Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (IACTs) are playing a crucial role constraining nature DM particle through study their into gamma rays from different astrophysical structures. this talk I will review status search IACTs describe sensitivity projections on various targets taking account latest instrument response functions expected Array (CTA) together estimations systematic uncertainties diffuse cosmic-ray backgrounds.

Indirect search for Dark Matter with the ANTARES neutrino telescope
Relic neutralinos produced after the Big Bang are favoured candidates for Dark Matter. They can accumulate at the centre of massive celestial objects like our Sun. Their annihilation can result in a high-energy neutrino flux that could be detectable as a localised emission with earthbased neutrino telescopes like ANTARES. In this paper a brief overview of the prospects of the indirect search fo...
متن کاملIndirect searches for SUSY Dark Matter with the MAGIC Cherenkov Telescope
Neutralinos are the natural well-motivated candidates to provide the non-baryonic dark matter of the universe which may produce detectable signals through their annihilation into neutrinos, photons or positrons. Due to its high flux sensitivity and low energy threshold, the MAGIC Cherenkov telescope could potentially detect the neutralino annihilation high energy photon products. In the framewo...
متن کاملThe AMANDA Neutrino Telescope andthe Indirect Search for Dark Matter
With an eeective telescope area of order 10 4 m 2 , a threshold of 50 GeV and a pointing accuracy of 2.5 degrees, the AMANDA detector represents the rst of a new generation of high energy neutrino telescopes, reaching a scale envisaged over 25 years ago. We describe its performance, focussing on the capability to detect halo dark matter particles via their annihilation into neutrinos.
متن کاملSearches for dark matter subhaloes with wide-field Cherenkov telescope surveys
The presence of substructures in dark matter haloes is an unavoidable consequence of the cold dark matter paradigm. Indirect signals from these objects have been extensively searched for with cosmic rays and rays. At first sight, Cherenkov telescopes seem not very well suited for such searches, due to their small fields of view and the random nature of the possible dark matter substructure po...
متن کاملThe Dark Matter Telescope
Weak gravitational lensing enables direct reconstruction of dark matter maps over cosmologically significant volumes. This research is currently telescopelimited. The Dark Matter Telescope (DMT) is a proposed 8.4 m telescope with a 3◦ field of view, with an etendue of 260 m deg, ten times greater than any other current or planned telescope. With its large etendue and dedicated observational mod...
